- 150 grams sugar
- 100 g spelled flour

- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 250 g oat flakes, crunchy

- The butter should be nice and soft. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and butter well. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the mass. Finally fold in the oatmeal.
