  • 160 g butter
  • 240 g oat flakes, crunchy
  • 6 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Toast the butter, oat flakes and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a non-stick pan, stirring constantly, remove from the pan and let cool.
  2. Mix the remaining sugar, eggs and a pinch of salt with the mixer for about 4 minutes until very frothy. Mix the flour and baking powder with the oatmeal and fold into the egg mixture.
  3. Place small heaps with two teaspoons on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake the oat biscuits at 170 ° C (fan oven) for about 10 minutes until they are golden brown.
