  • 175 g suar, brown
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) vanilla
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 220 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar and butter with the salt and vanilla. Add the egg and stir everything together. Mix the flour with baking powder and gradually add to the dough. Halve the candies once with a knife and fold them into the dough.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (top / bottom heat). Spread cookies from the dough on a baking sheet or place on baking paper. Approx. 1 tablespoon of dough per cookie, 16 pieces.
  3. Then bake in the lower third of the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Let cool for about 10 minutes and then remove from the mold or remove from the baking paper and let cool on a wire rack.
