Brownie with Caramel

Ingredients
- Black chocolate – 100 grams
- Sugar – 200 Grams
- Butter – 150 Grams
- Flour – 100 Grams
- Egg – 4 Pieces
- Caramel – 200 Grams
- Cream or Milk – 50 Milliliters
- Nuts – 100 grams (optional)
Directions
- To prepare the dough, the first step is to break the chocolate into small slices and melt it in a water bath along with butter. Beat eggs with sugar separately. First add flour to the chocolate, and then the egg-sugar mixture. Beat the mixture until smooth.
- Cover the baking dish with parchment and pour the prepared dough in an even layer.
- Send to the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, depending on the thickness of the crust. If desired, chopped nuts can be added to the recipe for making “Brownie” with caramel.
- In the meantime, you can put caramel in a deep bowl and pour in a little cream (milk or even condensed milk).
- Send to a water bath or very slow heat and let it melt completely. In the process, be sure to stir.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Take out the finished cake and pour the caramel into an even layer. Leave the Brownie with caramel at home until it cools completely. Before serving, you can add a little salt on top for a touch of taste
