Ingredients

1 tablespoon water
200 g suar
200 g sesame seeds

Instructions

Put sugar and water in a saucepan, let caramelize (golden brown). Add the sesame seeds, stir, place on a piece of baking paper, a piece of baking paper on top and roll out. Peel off the top layer of paper and cut while it is warm.
The total mass has 100g of fat.
