Ingredients
- 250 g flour (wheat flour)
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 200 g suar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ clove (s), ground
- 2 teaspoons gingerbread spice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1 lemon (s), the zest, grated
- 3 tablespoon honey, more liquid
- 2 egg (s)
- 100 g hazelnuts, finely chopped

- For the dough, mix flour with baking powder, sieve into a mixing bowl, add sugar, spices, lemon peel, honey, eggs and hazelnuts and work through well with the dough hook.
- Then knead into a smooth dough on the floured work surface. If it sticks, wrap it in foil and put it in the fridge for a few hours.
- Shape the dough into rolls about the size of your fingers (about 4 cm long and 1.5 cm wide) and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper with a large gap between them. Put in the oven, preheated to approx. 180 degrees (hot air 160 degrees, gas level 3), in the middle rack and bake for approx.
