Ingredients
- 200 g chilli pepper (s), hot, e.., Habaneros
- 1 tablespoon sambal oelek
- 50 ml fish sauce, more if necessary
- some herbs, mixed (8 herb mixture), dried

- Cut the chillies into small pieces, preferably using gloves. Put the cut chillies in a clean, empty disposable glass.
- Add the sambal oelek and herbs, then fill approx. 3/4 of the glass with fish sauce and mix everything. Now add a little fish sauce if necessary and taste.
- The mixture should be lightly covered at the end for it to last.
