Hungarian Pancake Cake

This snack cake is my favorite, it turns out to be very tender, with an airy filling. Cream and whipped egg whites add lightness to the filling. I want to note that such a snack pancake cake is also satisfying, which should definitely please men.

Ingredients

  • Thin pancakes – 13-15 pcs.
  • Eggs – 6 pcs.
  • Ham – 300 g
  • Cream – 200 g
  • Garlic – 2 teeth
  • Breadcrumbs – 4 tablespoons
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Before making the pancake cake, prepare savory pancakes according to any recipe you like, in the amount of 13-15 pcs. and prepare the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks.
  3. We pass the ham and garlic through a meat grinder. Add yolks, salt, pepper, cream and mix.
  4. Beat the proteins until firm peaks and gradually add them to the filling.
  5. We collect the pancake cake. Put the pancakes in a heat-resistant form and coat each with the prepared filling.
  6. Pour melted butter over the top of the pancake snack cake and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place the pancake cake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. at a temperature of 180 degrees.
