Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 300 grams flour
  • 450 ml milk
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 egg (s)

For the sauce:

  • 500 g minced meat, half / half
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Nutmeg
  • cumin
  • 1 onion (s)

Moreover:

  • 200 g pizza cheese
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Put the flour, milk, eggs and salt in a bowl and stir to form a smooth batter. Let rest for 1 hour.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a hot pan until crumbly. Chop the onion and add it to the pan. Season to taste with the spices. Stir in the tomato paste and add the water. Bring to the boil briefly and then stir in the sour cream. Set the pan aside.
  3. Take a second pan and add some oil. Now bake 5 pancakes one after the other from the batter.
  4. Grease a 26 springform pan. Put a pancake in the springform pan and spread the sauce on top. Alternately pour pancakes and sauce into the springform pan until everything is used up. Put the pizza cheese on top at the end. Bake at 200 degrees top / bottom heat for 15 minutes.
