Ingredients

  • 5 egg (s)
  • Salt and pepper, whiter
  • 200 ml milk
  • 225 grams flour
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 750 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 packet tomato (s), chunky (500 g)
  • 150 g cheese (Gouda) in one piece
  • 5 tablespoons sparkling mineral water
  • 3 tablespoon clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs, a pinch of salt and the milk, stir in the flour. Let the dough soak for about 20 minutes.
  2. Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Add onions and garlic, fry briefly and season with salt, pepper, sugar and paprika powder. Add the tomato paste, sweat. Deglaze with the chunky tomatoes, bring to the boil and simmer for 3 - 4 minutes. Grate the cheese.
  3. Stir the mineral water into the batter. Heat the lard in portions in a coated pan and bake 6 pancakes one after the other. Place the first pancake in a springform pan, spread some minced meat on top and sprinkle with some cheese. Bake in a hot oven at 175 ° C (fan oven: 150 ° C) for approx. 5 - 6 minutes.
  4. Do the same with the rest of the pancakes and layer them in the pan with the minced meat and cheese. Place the last pancake on the tower, sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and bake at the same temperature for about 15 minutes. Farmer`s salad tastes good with it.
  5. Sufficient for 4 - 6 servings.
