- 600 g minced meat (possibly half beef, half pork)
- 1 roll, from the day before
- 1 egg (s)
- tomato ketchup or mustard
- salt and pepper
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- 1 bell pepper (s), fresh
- 1 small Can corn
- 1 medium onion (s)
- Cheese, grated
- oregano

- Prepare a porridge from the ingredients (without vegetables and cheese) as if you wanted to make meatballs. Put this in a greased springform pan. Now place the vegetables on this minced meat cake and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 180 C for about 1 hour. With rice or bread.
