Iced Coffee Great-grandmother`s Style

Ingredients

40 g coffee powder, freshly round
750 ml boiling water
250 g ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
250 ml cream, whipped for decoration
Chocolate, grated

Instructions

Pour the boiling water over the coffee grounds and stir frequently. Let the coffee brew for 4 - 6 minutes, then pour it through a filter or sieve and chill as much as possible (lukewarm in the refrigerator!).
Fill the glasses 2/3 full with the cooled coffee, pour the vanilla ice cream on top, sprinkle with the whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate if you like.
