Ingredients
- 100 g chocolate
- 125 ml water
- 500 ml milk
- 125 ml cream
- 250 g ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
- 250 ml cream, whipped

- Slowly heat the chocolate, cut into small pieces, with the water and stir to a paste. Gradually add the milk and finally the 125 ml cream and bring the liquid almost to a boil.
- Take it from the stove and let it cool off. When the chocolate milk is lukewarm, place in the refrigerator to cool down.
- Fill the glasses 2/3 full with the cooled chocolate, pour the vanilla ice cream on top and garnish tightly with whipped cream.
