Ingredients

  • 500 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 handful olives
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oil, possibly less if the olives were pickled in oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, or Italian herbs
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash tomatoes and squeeze them into a large bowl and add to the bowl as well. Chop the olives and add them. Chop the herbs (if not fresh) in a mortar and add them. Add the pepper and vinegar and a little oil and salt if necessary. Usually, however, the olives give off enough salt.
  2. The salad tastes best when you let it steep in the refrigerator for a few hours. Also tastes good without olives. Also goes well with bruschetta.
