Ingredients

  • 150 g chickpeas, round
  • some water
  • some Indian spice mix (Garam Masala)
  • a bit salt
  • some oil
  • possibly black cumin

Instructions

  1. Mix the chickpea flour and water into a thick batter, add spices to taste. The batter should have the consistency of a pancake.
  2. Bake small, thick pancakes in a little oil. It also tastes good if you sprinkle the pancakes with black cumin while baking, as long as the dough is still liquid on one side.
  3. Enjoy with a colorful salad.
  4. Prepared in no time!
