Ingredients

  • 100 g chickpea flour
  • 200 ml water
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil or other vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • possibly agave syrup or another sweetener
  • Possibly berries or banana, syrup, jam as a topping

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients into a dough. For a hearty variant, simply leave out the agave syrup.
  2. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the pancakes over medium heat until bubbles form.
  3. Then serve the finished pancakes with berries or other toppings. Serve warm.
  4. I made about 6 small pancakes from the dough, but since these are very filling, 3 per person is enough.
