Ingredients

  • 300 g shortbread (s)
  • 3 banana (s)
  • 200 g cream
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 pck.cream powder (paradise cream cream-caramel flavor)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml milk
  • Chocolate sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Crumble the biscuits into small pieces (preferably with a meat mallet), place in a cake ring and pour the heated butter over them. Form a base and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the paradise cream according to the instructions on the packet and cut the bananas into slices.
  3. Spread the banana slices on the biscuit base, spread the caramel pudding on the bananas and then put back in the fridge for half an hour.
  4. Now whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and spread on the caramel cream. Let the cake cool in the refrigerator until ready to be eaten. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles before consumption.
