Add the couscous and fry with the onion for 5 minutes. Add 1 bay leaf, 1/2 teaspoon coriander, 2 cups chicken stock, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for about 10 minutes.
Cut the turnip in half. Add some salt, olive oil and pepper. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
