The recipe for Coos-Cus with coriander.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil – 1 Piece
  • Couscous – 250 Grams
  • Coriander – 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Turnip – 1 Piece (bunch, young)
  • Shallots – 1 Piece (large)
  • Bay leaf – 1 piece

Directions

  1. Ingredients
  2. Chop and fry the onion in olive oil.
  3. Add the couscous and fry with the onion for 5 minutes. Add 1 bay leaf, 1/2 teaspoon coriander, 2 cups chicken stock, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. Cut the turnip in half. Add some salt, olive oil and pepper. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Ready couscous.
  6. Ready turnip.
  7. Cut the fried lamb into pieces and place on a plate with couscous and turnips.
