  • 100 g suar
  • 40 ml sunflower oil
  • 30 ml milk
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Put the flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl and mix together. Make a well in the middle and add the remaining ingredients. Work all the ingredients from the middle into a smooth dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 15-20 evenly sized pieces. Shape into a small roll with your hands and flatten it a little. Put the sugar in a plate and roll the rolls in it. Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
  3. The cookies stay fresh for a long time in a closed container.
  4. Soaked in milk, they taste good for breakfast.
