  • 4 pork schnitzel
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 ½ cup parmesan, grated
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, dried
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Beat the schnitzel a little flat.
  2. Whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Then mix the breadcrumbs with the parmesan, parsley and garlic granules well. First pull the schnitzel through the egg mixture, then bread it in the breadcrumbs.
  3. Then fry the schnitzel on both sides in a hot pan until golden yellow.
  4. It goes well with macaroni with grated cheese, as well as french fries and vegetables.
