Ingredients

  • 500 g spahetti
  • 5 clove (s) garlic, possibly 6
  • 15 tablespoon olive oil
  • 250 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 3 scoops mozzarella
  • 1 jar black olives without pits
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 10 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil and drain the spaghetti. Crush 5 - 6 cloves of garlic and heat with 15 tablespoons of olive oil, pour over the cooked spaghetti and mix well. Let the garlic spaghetti cool down well.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes, cut the mozzarella into strips and mix with the olives into the cold spaghetti. Cut 1 bunch of basil into strips. Mix salt, pepper and approx. 10 tablespoon balsamic vinegar and pour over the spaghetti. Mix everything well and let it steep a little more.
