Ingredients

  • 1 kg spinach, fresh (alternatively point frozen spinach)
  • 250 g ham, cooked
  • 50 g butter or liquid veetable cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 125 ml milk or cream
  • 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoon parmesan, grated
  • Butter, cut into flakes
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

  1. Clean the spinach, put it in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Then allow to drain. Dice the boiled ham.
  2. Let the butter or vegetable cream get hot and sauté the ham in it, stirring constantly. Season with salt, pepper and a crushed clove of garlic. Whisk the eggs with the milk or cream and pour over them. Roughly chop the cooked and drained spinach, add, stir briefly and pour the mixture into a well-buttered casserole dish. Mix the grated Parmesan with the breadcrumbs, sprinkle on top and cover the casserole with flakes of butter.
  3. Put in the preheated oven and bake at 220 ° C for about 20 minutes.
