Ingredients

  • 125 g romaine lettuce (Insalata), alternatively lamb`s lettuce, lettuce, etc.
  • 1 can tuna, in its own juice
  • 125 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 4 large radishes
  • 3 tablespoon oil (nut oil), or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, dark
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon pesto (wild garlic) or clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the lettuce, halve or quarter the tomatoes, cut the onion into rings, the radishes into slices and add to the salad with the drained, torn tuna. Season with oil, lemon, soy sauce, salt and pepper and mix well.
  2. Now clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and fry them in the olive oil like the wild garlic pesto or pressed garlic.
  3. Arrange the salad on plates and add the warm mushrooms.
