- 200 g bacon or fine ham, diced each
- Black pepper, coarsely ground
- 1 kg jacket potato (s), approx.

- The recipe is super quick and easy. Fry the bacon or fine ham in a little rapeseed oil. Let cool down briefly. Stir in the two cups of sour cream and season with pepper from the pepper mill.
