  • 1 spring onion (s)

  • 10 jalapeños, pickled
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. For the jalapeño guacamole, the avocado is taken out of the skin and placed in a bowl. Then discard the core and shell. Then quarter the tomato, cut out the stones and then finely dice the pulp. Now halve the spring onion, cut into fine rings and add to the guacamole in the bowl. Then mix everything with salt and pepper and add lime juice to taste.
