- 6 tablespoon, heaped mayonnaise
- 1 shallot (s), diced
- 1 medium pickle (s)
- 1 jalapeños, pickled
- 2 pinches tarragon mustard
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- Chives, freshly chopped
- salt
- Pepper, red, (rose pepper)

- Finely dice the pickles and shallots. Cut the jalapeños (optionally inserted slices) into cubes.
- Mix the cucumber, jalapeños, shallots and two pinches of mustard with 6 heaping tablespoons of mayonnaise. Finally, season to taste with salt and rose pepper and mix in some tomato paste concentrate for the color and taste, including the chopped chives.
