Ingredients
- 75 g cashew nuts
- 60 ml water
- 1 ½ tablespoon tomato paste
- 60 ml cucumber water
- 1 large pickle (s)
- 2 tablespoon tahini
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Sea salt and pepper

- Soak the cashew nuts in hot water for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, put the remaining ingredients in a high-performance mixer. At the end, sieve the cashew nuts, rinse and add. Mix everything until creamy and season with sea salt and pepper.
