Instructions

  1. Mix the coriander, cumin, paprika powder, garlic, sea salt, black pepper, thyme and olive oil. Rub the chicken inside and out with this spice mixture.
  2. Empty the beer cans 2/3 and leave the rest of the beer in the cans. Now place the chickens on the beer cans and put them in the prepared smoker. Cook on a relatively high heat for about 50 minutes.
  3. Carefully remove from the smoker and remove from the beer cans. If you like, you can pour the hot beer over the chickens.
  4. Ciabatta, baked potatoes and a green salad go well with this.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
