Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas with a fork or a potato masher to an even pulp and mix with the other ingredients, except for the oil, with the hand mixer to form a liquid dough.
  2. Heat the coconut oil in a non-stick pan and bake small pancakes over low heat.
  3. Tip: Before turning the pan for the first time, close the pan with a lid, then the egg will set faster and you can turn the pancakes better.
  4. The indicated amount for 4 people makes about 25 small pancakes. Fresh fruit goes well with it.
