“Just a Fish” with Cheese

Baked fish with vegetables and cheese. A simple fish and cheese recipe will be appreciated by your loved ones.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillet (pollock, etc.) – 300 g
  • Carrots – 1-2 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1-2 pcs.
  • Cheese (hard) – 50-100 g
  • Mayonnaise – 3-5 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 1-2 pinches

Directions

  1. Pour the fish fillets with lemon juice, salt (0.25 teaspoon), pepper, and set aside.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onion.
  3. Peel and rub the carrots on a coarse grater.
  4. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan. Put the carrots and onions in a frying pan, salt (0.25 teaspoon), and fry until half cooked (3-4 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally).
  6. We turn on the oven. Cover the form with parchment. Put half of the sautéed vegetables into a mold.
  7. Put the fish on the vegetables.
  8. On the fish – again a layer of carrots and onions.
  9. Lubricate a layer of vegetables with mayonnaise.
  10. Sprinkle with cheese.
  11. We place the fish with vegetables and cheese in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
  12. We quickly take out the prepared baked fish with cheese from the oven and treat ourselves to it.
