- 250 g butter
- 250 grams sugar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 6 egg (s)
- 350 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 2 tablespoon rum
- Cake icing, dark (chocolate icing)

- Separate the eggs. Beat the butter with the sieved sugar, vanilla sugar and rum until very frothy. Stir in the yolks one at a time. Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve and add to the foam mixture alternately with the cream (whipped cream). Beat the egg whites into snow and fold into the dough. Grease and flour a bundt pan, pour in the dough and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 50 minutes. Let the Gugelhupf cool, turn it out and decorate with a dark chocolate glaze.
