Ingredients

  • 80 g kale
  • 30 g almond (s), possibly round
  • 30 g parmesan cheese
  • clove ⅛ garlic
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s) or lemon juice
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel off the garlic and coarsely chop together with the almonds (if not already ground) using a blender / hand blender. Add the washed kale, lemon juice and olive oil and mix again until everything is small. Add the parmesan and continue to mix until you have a smooth, creamy mixture. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
  2. The pesto is great to make in advance and use for potato noodles, pasta salad and many other things.
