Ingredients

  • 1 glass plum (s)
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 2 clove (s)
  • 1 lemon (s), zest and juice
  • 50 ml red wine
  • 2 tablespoon plum water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • some water

Instructions

  1. First drain the plums, collect the juice and place in a saucepan. Add the cinnamon stick, vanilla sugar, lemon peel and cloves. Boil. Remove the cinnamon stick and the clove. Then add the plums, lemon juice, red wine and plum water. Mix the cornstarch with a little water and bind the compote with it. Cook for about a minute. Then let it cool down.
