- 1 kg plums
- liter ⅛ red wine
- 90 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 2 carnation (s)
- Plum water
- Cinnamon powder
- Coriander powder

- Wash, pat dry, halve and stone the plums.
- Bring the fruits to a boil in a saucepan with red wine, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon stick and cloves. Cook for about 10 minutes.
- Season the compote with plum water, season with cinnamon and coriander and serve warm or cold.
