Ingredients
- 200 g vanilla yourt
- 6 plums
- 1 tablespoon amaretto
- 10 g cinnamon suar
For the set:
- whipped cream

- Wash the plums, rub dry and remove the pits. Then dice, mix with the amaretto and cinnamon sugar and let it steep a little. Briefly heat in the micro to 600 watts until bubbles appear, simmer a little, then take out and let cool down again.
- Divide the vanilla yogurt between two pretty glasses. Place the compote on top, garnish with cream tuff if you like and serve.
