Ingredients
- 2 ½ kg apples, Boskoop
- 6 tablespoon lemon juice
- 6 tablespoon sugar
- 100 ml calvados
- 400 ml water
- 2 tablespoon cinnamon

- Peel and roughly dice apples. Put all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to the boil with the saucepan closed. Simmer on a low flame for about 5-10 minutes.
- Finally, depending on your taste, use the potato masher or hand blender to achieve the desired consistency.
