A quick recipe for kebab marinated in champagne. The result exceeded all expectations!
Ingredients
Pork neck – 2.5 kg
Dry champagne – 1 bottle
Onions – 5 pcs.
Barbecue seasoning
Salt.
Directions
We wash the meat, cut it into pieces the size of a children’s fist. Cut the onion into rings. In an enamel bowl, mix the meat with spices and salt with our hands, pour champagne (so that it covers the meat completely), put the onion on top. We leave the shashlik in champagne to marinate. In this way, the meat is marinated very quickly (about an hour), due to the sparkling wine, and it turns out to be very tender.
We cook kebab for about 15-20 minutes, on coals. Very tasty bread is soaked with the marinade and the smell of meat, which is put on a kebab when it is a little fried.
Be sure to serve vegetables with the kebab. And here is the ready-made shashlik in champagne.
