Kebab on Mineral Water

Recipe for a simple and delicious shashlik on mineral water, a simple and quick way of cooking for a picnic.

Ingredients

  • Meat (chicken legs, pork)
  • Bulb onions
  • Mineral water
  • Italian herbs
  • Salt

Directions

  1. The amount of meat depends on the number of eaters, so all the ingredients are to taste.
  2. Mineral water should completely cover the meat and onions. The pork was also marinated in mineral water, but I did not have time to capture it.
  3. Marinate shish kebab on mineral water for 3-4 hours (pork), chicken can be smaller – 1-2 hours. And on the grill.
  4. And now the kebab on mineral water is ready. The meat is soft and tender. Due to the lack of mayonnaise, there is no excess fat.
  5. We cut fresh vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes), greens and invite everyone to the table.
