Mineral water Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- Wheat flour – 500-550 grams
- Mineral water – 180-200 grams
- Chicken egg – 1 Piece
- Sugar – 0.5 Teaspoons
- Salt – 0.5 Teaspoons
- Vegetable oil – 40 grams
Directions
- Prepare your ingredients.
- Pour mineral water into the container, add salt and sugar there, so that the dough becomes more tasty and not bland. Stir.
- Pour in vegetable oil.
- Whisk in a chicken egg and stir in the liquid dough base.
- Stir in half the sifted flour.
- Toss the dough, add the remaining flour and knead the dough.
- The dough is ready, let it sit under a towel for 15-20 minutes. You can now bake your pizza.
- The dough is rolled out thinly and the pizza is delicious.
