Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm kefir. Add flour and salt and knead well. Cover the dough and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Then knead well again and form 8-10 rolls out of it.
  2. Cover the rolls in a warm place and let them rise up to twice their size, brush with water and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° until golden (about 20 minutes).
