Ingredients

  • 3 egg (s)
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika, hot pink
  • 1 teaspoon chives, dried or freshly chopped
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 100 g bacon, diced into small pieces
  • 1 handful pizza cheese
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese (brunch paprika & pepperoni), optional

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs with the spices and chives. Cut the tomato into small cubes and add to the eggs together with the bacon, cheese and brunch and stir well again.
  2. Fry in a pan as you like, some prefer scrambled eggs golden-brown, others rather loose and flaky, so proceed as you like.
  3. Protein bread with salami tastes good with it.
  4. This recipe is perfect for a low carb, high fat diet and will keep you full for a long time.
