  • 5 teaspoons tea, black
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 5 carnation (s)
  • 0.5 stick ½ cinnamon
  • 0.5 ½ orange (n), peeled off as a spiral

Instructions

  1. Bring 3/4 liter of water with cinnamon, cloves and orange peel to the boil, remove from the heat and let steep for 10 minutes. Then bring the spice water to the boil again.
  2. Put the tea leaves in a pot, pour the boiling spiced water over them, add lemon and orange juice and let everything stand for a good 3 minutes. Strain the tea and serve with sugar and fruit.
