Ingredients
- 300 g lamb`s lettuce
- 4 lime (s)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 chilli pepper (s), red (fresh or dried)
- 1 mango (s), soft
- 2 packs mozzarella, (ideally from buffalo)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 sugar, brown
- 3 tablespoon seeds, mixed

- Squeeze the limes and mix with the oil and lemon juice. Now season with brown sugar. The dressing should taste sweet, but the sourness of the lime should still be palatable. Now chop the chilli into small pieces and add.
- Now core, peel and dice the mango. Dice the mozzarella as well.
- Wash the lamb`s lettuce well, spin and place in a bowl. Pour the dressing, mango and mozzarella over the salad and mix well. Season the salad to taste as needed. Now add the core mixture and mix it one last time.
