Ingredients
For the meat:
- 300 g chicken breast fillet (s), without skin and bones
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- Pepper, possibly salt
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 5 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Oil, for frying
For the salad:
- 0.5 ½ mango (s)
- 100 g lamb`s lettuce
- 2 tablespoon chili sauce, sweet
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoon oil, neutral
- salt
- Sesame oil, dark, a few drops for seasoning

- Whisk the egg and mix with the soy sauce, crushed garlic and pepper. Cut the chicken into strips, turn on all sides first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs and sesame mixture. Fry in the heated oil until golden brown on all sides, drain on kitchen paper.
- Peel the mango, cut the pulp from the stone and dice, approx. 1.5 cm in size. Clean lamb`s lettuce, wash thoroughly, spin dry.
- Mix a dressing from the chilli sauce, lime juice and oil. Season to taste with salt and a few drops of dark sesame oil.
- Mix the dressing with the mango and lamb`s lettuce, serve with the chicken sticks.
