Ingredients
- 150 g lamb`s lettuce
- 1 mango (s)
- 500 g chicken breast fillet (s)
- 1 tablespoon mustard, (medium hot)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 packet herbs (8 herbs, frozen)

- The chicken breast is fried and cut into small strips. I prefer the frozen ones because they already have their 8% liquid flavor.
- Peel the mango and cut the flesh into pieces or strips as desired. Wash the lamb`s lettuce and drain well, otherwise do without a tablespoon of water;)
- For the dressing: Simply stir everything in a bowl to make an even mixture. Finally the pack of 8 herbs.
- I recommend a ciabatta bread with it.
