  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. A recipe for everyone who wants freshly baked bread in the morning but doesn`t want to get up as early as a baker. The real trick lies in the preparation in the pan instead of in the oven. It is enough for 2 people.
  2. Prepare a moist yeast dough from the ingredients the evening before. He can still glue something. (Other types of dough, e.g. with quark or sourdough, are also possible.)
  3. Brush a large pan with oil or butter. Then put the batter in the pan. Put the lid on and leave it to stand overnight.
  4. In the morning the dough has risen strongly and now covers the bottom of the pan at a height of about 1-2 cm. With the lid closed (!), Cook the bread on the largest flame / hotplate on a low setting for 10 minutes (up to 15 minutes depending on the stove and setting) until the underside is golden brown and the surface has solidified. Then turn the bread and cook for another 5 minutes without the lid (!) On the other side.
  5. If you turn the bread on after getting up, you can turn it over after brushing your teeth and your coffee will be ready in time!
