Ingredients

  • 500 g ribbon pasta, reen

Instructions

  1. Do not cook the pasta too soft.
  2. Season and fry the minced meat. Chop the ham and mushrooms and add them to the minced meat. Season the meat mixture with tomato paste and the ketchup to taste and thicken. The mass should be hearty and well rounded.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  4. Layer the mixture in the baking dish as follows: pasta, meat mixture, tomato slices, cheese.
  5. Repeat 1 to 4 times depending on the baking dish. The last layer is pasta with cheese!
  6. Baked in the oven at 225 ° C for about 20 minutes.
  7. If the cheese turns too brown, cover with baking paper or aluminum foil.
