Instructions

Work the flour, sugar, egg, margarine and baking powder into a shortcrust pastry. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, stir together the quark, eggs and sugar. Mix the pudding powder with the oil, sour cream and milk, add to the quark mixture and stir until smooth.
Line a baking pan with the shortcrust pastry and spread the quark mixture on top. Cover with the drained fruit.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 60-70 minutes.
