Ingredients
- 300 g flour, type 550 or spelled flour
- 100 g suar
- 250 g skimmed yourt
- 4 teaspoons oil, (almond oil or rapeseed oil)
- 3 egg (s), class M
- 4 medium apples, Royal Gala approx. 650g
- 1 teaspoon rum, brown
- 1 packet tartar baking powder
- 20 g flaked almonds, for sprinklin

- Peel the apples, remove the core, cut into thin slices and cover.
- Mix all other ingredients with the mixer on the lowest setting to a tough dough (not too long and not on the highest setting!) And spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the apple slices on top and sprinkle with the flaked almonds.
- Bake in the oven at 180 ° without preheating for 15-20 minutes.
